Oh Yeah…We Bought A House, Too.

May 24, 2012

So in my semi-hiatus before our big announcement, we also took another huge life-changing step…we bought a house too!

Yep.  A few of you caught wind of it from this post, but for those who didn’t:  we are in fact in the process of buying a house!   I am a really superstitious person and didn’t want to say anything on the blog until I knew that everything was finalized…yesterday we got our loan approval/commitment and our closing is scheduled so I can finally share the exciting news.

Here’s a sneak peek:

A) Front Exterior

K) Kitchen A

And I’ll be back next week to continue my Adventures in Homebuying series, to tell you all about the process, from making an offer to the home inspection and right on through to sealing the deal with our lender.

Apparently, we just like to knock off all of our life changes in one fell swoop!

Have a great Memorial Day weekend!

Yay, congrats on the beautiful house! And congrats on your pregnancy too, since I think wordpress has been eating all of my comments lately. I’ve just figured out I need to comment through my twitter account to make it work for some reason!
